How the video cassettes are being handled over?

The sending of the video cassettes is mutual agreement between the Client and Us. It is possible to use postal or courier service. Also it is possible to hand over in person.

How the responsibilities are being shared during special occasions (package mishandling etc)?

The first sending to Us is Client’s responsibility. Before the workprocedure the cassettes are being photographed.

From the start of the transfer to final return to the Client is our responsibility to take care of the holdings of the Client and cover the costs if any damage is done.

After the return the Client has 3 days to claim about the damages done to the cassettes. After that no claims are accepted.

We do not take the responsibility of the possible copyrighted content of the video material handed to us. It is the responsibility of the owner of the holdings.
